Even if you try to be virtuous, you could lost your diet halo in a wave of overindulgence on holidays. Don’t feel bad, it’s normal! On Christmas, we eat. We don’t count the calories. So, if after a buffet party, you wake up feeling overstuffed, bloated, and nauseated, detox foods can help you. We found 10 foods that will make you detox and feel better. Here they are:
