French Diet Recipes for Weight Loss

French diet is one of the most popular diets for weight loss,  a 14 days diet. During this diet you need to eliminate from your daily diet, especially alcohol, sugar, salt, bread, and various other pastry.

French diet recipe is simple

First day: breakfast – black coffee; Lunch – lettuce with fresh tomato and two eggs; for dinner – salad with a small piece of any lean meat.

Second day: breakfast – a cup of black coffee with croutons; lunch – a small piece of any cooked lean meat; for dinner – lettuce with lean ham or sausage pre-cooked.

At the heart of the French diet is the principle that you must eat small portions and abide by the schedule. Also, you need to exclude carbohydrates, but not completely. Make it worth to the body to release energy from fat.

Third day: for breakfast – black coffee; for lunch – grilled tomato with carrots in vegetable oil, and for dessert – orange or tangerine; for dinner – a little low-fat sausage, lettuce leaf and two eggs.

Fourth day: breakfast – black coffee with crackers; for lunch – cheese and one egg with fresh carrots; for dinner – yogurt and fruit salad.

Fifth day: breakfast – grated carrots on a fine grater; for lunch – tomato with boiled fish; for dinner – any piece of boiled meat.

Sixth day: breakfast – black coffee; for lunch – boiled chicken with lettuce; for dinner – any piece of lean meat pre-cooked.

During the French diet you should drink only mineral or boiled water. Naturally, the amount of food in this diet are not calculated in kilograms. After some time, the body itself will give you the necessary norm, but until then it is necessary to chew food without rushing.

Seventh day: breakfast – a cup of freshly brewed tea; for lunch – any cooked meat, and for dessert – any fruits; for dinner – a little low-fat sausage or ham.

Eighth day: breakfast – black coffee; for lunch – two eggs with tomato and lettuce; for dinner – any small piece of boiled meat with lettuce.

Ninth day: breakfast – black coffee with croutons; for lunch – any small piece of boiled meat; for dinner – a small piece of lean cooked sausage or ham with lettuce.

Tenth day: breakfast – black coffee with croutons; Lunch – carrot and tomato fried in vegetable oil, and for dessert – orange or tangerine; for dinner – lean sausage, two eggs and lettuce.

Eleventh day: breakfast – one cup of black coffee with croutons; for lunch – cheese, one egg and fresh carrots; for dinner – yogurt and fruit salad.

Twelfth day: breakfast – carrots, grated on a fine grater and seasoned with lemon juice; for lunch – tomato with boiled fish; for dinner – any small piece of meat pre-cooked.

Thirteenth day: breakfast – a cup of black coffee; for lunch – a little boiled chicken with lettuce leaf; for dinner – boiled meat.

Fourteenth day: breakfast – a cup of freshly brewed tea; for lunch – boiled meat and any fruit; for dinner – cooked lean sausage or ham.
