How to Lose Belly Fat

When we are trying to lose belly fat , we often think dieting is the answer. Unfortunately for this type of fat, diets are not the right way to lose it. When we diet, we are essentially starve ourselves, and when we starve ourselves we store fat.

There are a  few steps that we can take to help reduce belly fat that will help. One important thing you need to do is reduce stress. Stress increases cortisol which stores more belly fat, so reducing stress levels is vital, and it is important not to surround yourself with people who stress you out. Sleep is very good at burning belly fat, so you need to ensure you get adequate sleep each night. Find out more in this video from Dr. Berg.
