2Eat Your Greens Smoothie Bowl

This bowl is as green as can be! Eat this smoothie bowl for breakfast or lunch to get a healthy dose of unsaturated fats, Vitamin B, Iron and Protein.

  • 1 whole avocado, cubed
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 whole mango, cubed
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tsp. of matcha powder

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Make sure all of the fibers from the spinach are completely blended through. Top this smoothie bowl with chia seeds, additional mango and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
