Majority of the people want to get rid of extra flab around their belly as it affects their appearance a lot. A flat belly is a dream of many girls. We keep on trying measures like diet control, watching video tutorials describing some weight loss tips and much more. But at the end of the day, we do not have a reliable solution in our hands. 4. Take regular sleep

A lack of sleep can affect the levels of hormone production within you, which would in turn affect your levels of cortisol. It can also lead toinsulin sensitivity, which is one of the major hindrances in the way of shedding belly fat. It is recommended to sleep for not less than seven hours continuously to enjoy the benefits like losing weight.
