Having regular meals, particularly breakfast first thing to begin the day, turbo charges an effective metabolism. As everyone knows an effective metabolism means the body efficiently breaks down food and gets rid of waste which specifically cuts down weight while removing toxins.

At dinnertime, your body is so tired and hungry for calories, that you usually eat too much food and overeat. Normally this leads to stomach ache and weight gain.
